The Cozy Corner Market started with a simple idea. The people who make beautiful things in and around Alexander City deserve a place to sell them without signing a lease or running a store of their own.
So we built one, inside a place this town already loves. Carlisle’s brings the coffee, the lunch crowd, and the slow Saturday mornings. We bring the shelves, the light, and the welcome. You bring what you make.
A corner of a room that already hums
This is not a booth in a quiet hallway. Most makers spend their first year just trying to get noticed. Here, the room is already full. Coffee regulars, the lunch rush, friends lingering over a slow morning. Your work meets people who came to stay a while, not rush past a window.
What you can expect from this space
We will use this little corner of the internet for the things worth sharing:
- Maker spotlights. The people behind the work, and what they make.
- How the market works. Plain answers about spaces, terms, and getting started.
- News from Carlisle’s. Events, seasons, and the small good things along the way.
Coming soon
The doors are not open yet, but the floor plan is real and so are its limits. The space holds a finite number of maker spaces, and they fill in the order people raise their hands.
If you make something worth selling, there is a corner here with your name on it. When you are ready, apply anytime. First on the list, first to choose.
